Valentine's Day! Such a special day deserves a special menu. Although we will still be serving our À la Carte menu, Chef de Cuisine Justin Baade has put together an amazing 4-course Prix Fix menu as an option as well. 

$105 per person with an additional charge of $80 for Steve Izzo's Valentine's Wine Pairing

Ahi Sashimi - grilled pea leaves, foie gras mousse with pixie tangerines  

  Loaded Kusshi Oysters - white sturgeon caviar, champagne granita, rhubarb

   Second Course (choose one)

Seared Sea Scallops - crisp shiitake mushroom, fresh wakame tagliatelle with toasted miso brown butter

Smoked Ora King Salmon - warm blini, cucumber, fromage blanc espuma with radish flowers

Third Course (choose one)

        Oak Roasted Monkfish - lobster risotto, asparagus and black trumpet mushrooms  

   Grilled Filet of Beef - emmentaler & potato rosti, black truffle and marinated artichoke

Chocolate Chili Mousse - almond brittle, candied chilies with cinnamon ice cream

Cream Cheese Panna Cotta - red velvet cake, blood orange and candied orange wheels
