Part of Waterbar's success, aside from the amazing product we showcase, our outrageous location and our $1.05 oyster special - is the people. Chef Parke Ulrich and his team in the kitchen, Pete Sittnick and Rich Troiani's team in the dining room are looking for some new talented additions for both!
This next week, Monday the 14th, Chef Parke and Chef Dana from our Waterbar team will be at the Le Cordon Bleu College of the Culinary Arts, San Francisco.
As part of our team you get to experience what a Fine Dining restaurant is all about. Also, meeting our Executive Chef Parke Ulrich and Sous Chef Dana Woodward will be something to remember. Hear how Chef Dana started as an extern in our kitchen and is now running lunches and creating dishes all her own. Our family here are looking for some new blood, come and check it out!
