Having a guest chef join us here at Waterbar is very exciting. Having Chef Jeremy Sewall here is fantastic. He, not unlike our own Chef Parke, has a passion for the sea and composes dishes with an elegance and simplicity that is near to our hearts and fills our bellies.

Our guest Chef Jeremy Sewall

On January 21st, Chef Jeremy Sewall will be joining our dinner service introducing his new cookbook The New England Kitchen while also sharing his love of food showcasing two appetizer dishes, two entree dishes and a dessert. Taking his years of experience from both the West and East coast we are looking forward to his contribution and take on American seafood. Sewall started his career in Maine at the Relais & Chateau White Barn Inn before he decided to travel the world and learn all he could. After working in both Amsterdam and London, he returned to the States, Boston to be exact, joining the team at L'Espalier. In 2000, he became Executive Chef of Lark Creek Inn in Larkspur, California before realizing his true dream of owning his own restaurant. Which brings us to present day, where he and his wife Lisa are the proud owners of Lineage in Brookline, Massachusetts.

We look forward to having him and hope you come and enjoy a different kind of Waterbar experience.
