The Masumoto Organic Farm is not only one of our vendors, but the family; Mas, Marcy, Nikiko and Korio are our friends. While every year we invade their orchard to pick our own LeGrand Nectarines and Elberta Peaches from the trees Eric Hyman adopted 7 years ago, we have developed a respect and love for the farm and this family. We look forward to August 2nd, where the family and our team here at Waterbar share in the love of the harvest and the bounty of the fruit we bring back with us.
Starting at 6:30pm on our North Terrace, we welcome Mas and Marcy to talk food, sustainability and enjoy the summer season with stone fruit inspired passed plates paired with wines selected especially for the event. We are thinking bellinis and rose will capture the essence of the fruit and other ingredients perfectly. Not to mention the view of the Bay and bridge with the lights and hopefully the weather to accompany the perfect night. Tickets are very limited, but if you are interested, HERE you can make your request. Tickets are $70 per person, with a maximum of two per order. We look forward to sharing this evening, cheers!
