A fundraising dine-and-drink-about cocktail party to celebrate and support The Watershed Project's visionary oyster restoration and education program, The Living Shoreline.

Hosted by the Aquarium of the Bay on the Embarcadero at Beach Street, this San Francisco event will have a special talk from Paul Greenburg, author of Four Fish: The Future of the Last Wild Food, while serving the best the Bay Area and Napa Valley have to offer.

Waterbar will be serving a Pastrami Cured Ora King Salmon with crisp wonton, smashed english peas, toasted miso aÏoli.
